5 drug suspects arrested in Albay and Camarines Sur

LEGAZPI CITY – Anti-narcotic agents arrested five drug suspects on Monday afternoon in separate drug bites in Albay and Camarines Sur, a police report said on Tuesday.

According to Police Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, spokesperson for Bicol Police, the drug seizures have yielded several sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth).

In Naga City, Gary De Lima, 30, and Marvin Moreno, 27, both residents of Barangay (village) Mabolo and considered high-value targets (HVT) by police, were caught selling fuel. shabu around 1:00 p.m. in their village. .

Several hours later, police officers caught Allan Lanuzga, 46, HVT number eight in the city, as he was selling a sachet of shabu to an undercover agent as part of a drug operation at the Olaño complex in Barangay Abella. around 7:50 p.m.

In Tabaco City, Albay, Lionel Colina, alias Linard Ciruales, 34 years old and resident of Barangay Mariroc, was arrested in an anti-drug operation in Baranagay Basud, around 4:30 p.m.

In the town of Polangui, also in Albay, police officers arrested John Lloyd Alpapara, 20, a resident of Barangay Sugcad, for possession of two sachets of shabu at around 7:10 pm in the same village.

Calubaquib said all of the arrested suspects were taken to the police detention center pending a formal complaint for possession and sale of illegal drugs under the 2002 Dangerous Drugs Act.
