The Walk With Me, Be Drug-Free event at Mortimer Farms on Saturday, April 9 is an annual celebration to raise awareness that the majority of people in our county are drug free. This celebration is organized annually by MATFORCE, an anti-drug organization that educates and raises awareness about drug addiction issues.

Join MATFORCE at the annual Walk With Me, Be Drug-Free event at Mortimer Farms!
As part of our extensive Stand With Me, Be Drug-Free positive messaging campaign, the Walk With Me event is the culmination of activities surrounding a week of raising awareness about the positives of staying healthy and choosing not to. consuming drugs. It will take place on Saturday, April 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Mortimer Farms in Dewey. The Farm Park will be open to all families and community members. And a 1 mile family fun walk starts at 10:00am. There will also be a face artist, a balloon animal artist, free food and drink, and more.
The Stand With Me, Be Drug-Free campaign challenges social norms and misconceptions that drug use is common. When in fact, the majority of people in Yavapai County choose not to use drugs. This week of events deliberately celebrates this fact to help promote a healthy lifestyle for all.
